Would you like to enjoy clean air carefree and on a permanent basis, but do you still sometimes forget to change the filters? Then the reminder service might just be the solution for you. This page tells you everything you need to know about this service.

What does the reminder service mean?

The reminder service alerts you when it is time to change the filters. Do you sign up for this free service? Then you will receive a reminder by e-mail every 6 months. That way you know it's time for action. And if you run out of filters; the reminder will have the necessary products ready for you*. All you have to do is place the order, wait for your package and replace the filters. Great, right!

Who is the reminder service for?

Whether you have an overloaded schedule, are sometimes a bit forgetful or just like receiving a reminder; the reminder service is suitable for everyone who wants to enjoy clean air permanently. Are you not yet a top(s) customer? Then you can also use this service.

Is there any charge for the reminder service?

No. The reminder service is not a subscription, but a free service.

How do I sign up for the reminder service?

You will automatically receive the reminder service when you place an order with Tops filters. This is how we help you change your filters regularly.

When will I receive a reminder?

You will receive an e-mail every 6 months informing you that it is time to change the filters. This period starts on the day of your order. A different replacement deadline applies to products other than filters. In that case, the reminder service does not (yet) offer a solution.

The filters of my system do not need to be replaced every six months. Can I still sign up for the reminder service?

At the moment, it is not (yet) possible to set the reminder service to a period other than 6 months. We are working hard to find a solution that will eventually make this possible. Please be patient...

I have bought several filter sets. Will I still receive a reminder in 6 months?

Yes, you will receive a reminder even if you already have the filters. The reminder service is only there to remind you to change the filters and to facilitate a possible order. So we will do just that, regardless.

Am I obliged to order anything?

At Tops filters, we will never oblige you to buy anything. You decide whether, when, which and how many filters you order. The reminder service is only meant to let you know when it is time to change the filters. The next step is up to you.

Why will I receive a reminder?

You will receive a reminder either because you are a top customer or because you have signed up for the reminder service. This is how we let you know that it is time to replace the filters of your MVHR unit, extractor or ventilation system.

How do I unsubscribe from the reminder service?

Are you sure you don't want to receive any more reminders? Then unsubscribe via the link in the e-mail. And if you do miss this service, you can always unsubscribe again.
