In the last step of the ordering process, you can checkout your order. We will then pack the products you ordered and send the package to you quickly. Do you have any questions about paying for your order? We will be happy to answer them!

 

Something went wrong with the payment, what should I do?

In most cases, there is no problem and you will be automatically returned to your shopping cart. Go to the payment page again and try again. Are you unsuccessful this time or have you been charged twice? Please contact us. We will be happy to look into the matter and solve it for you.

What payment methods are available?

We like to make things as easy as possible for you. That is why Tops filters lets you choose how and when to pay for your order. Below is an overview of the available payment methods:

iDeal

This is the most popular payment method in the Netherlands. iDeal is directly linked to your internet banking programme, so no extra registrations or downloads are required. So you can do your online banking safely and easily.

Creditcard

Paying by credit card is easy and safe. Do you choose this payment method? Then we will redirect you to the Mollie website, where you can complete your payment. Tops Filters accepts credit cards from Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

PayPal

This online payment system is the solution for those who want to pay without a debit card. After creating a PayPal account, to which you link your credit card or bank account, you only need your e-mail address and password to make the payment.

Klarna (post-payment)

Prefer to receive your filters first and pay afterwards? No problem! If you choose this payment method, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. This allows you to pay when it suits you. The payment period is 30 days from dispatch.

Banktransfer

Prefer to pay by bank transfer yourself? You can! If you opt for a bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. This allows you to transfer the amount to us within the indicated period. We will send your parcel as soon as the payment has been made.

I have not received a confirmation, what now?

You normally receive confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order. Have you been waiting longer? Check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find it there either, either the wind is blowing the wrong way or something has gone wrong. Our customer service colleagues will be happy to sort it out for you and make sure you receive the confirmation after all.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You will find the invoice attached to the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. In addition, if you have a Tops account, you can find all your invoices (and much more) in your personal area. So you always have everything at hand.
